RRMA

Regulatory Representatives and Managers Association (RRMA) is a membership-based non-profit association that promotes the understanding of chemical compliance and capacity building for industries. RRMA is a body representing service providers, which helps industries and businesses to comply with the regulatory requirements to help them meet global expectations efficiently.

HCF

The Helsinki Chemicals Forum (HCF) is an independent non-profit forum, founded by the Finnish Fair Foundation and the City of Helsinki. The aim is to promote chemicals safety and chemicals management globally. Each year, the HCF conference gathers speakers and participants from around the globe to discuss current topics related to chemicals regulation from an international perspective. The conference engages international authorities, politicians, industry leaders, NGOs, academics, journalists, and specialists in chemical safety management.

CII

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering Industry, Government, and civil society, through advisory and consultative processes. CII is a non-government, non-profit, industry-led and industry-managed organization, with around 9000 members from the private as well as public sectors, including SMEs and MNCs, and an indirect membership of over 300,000 enterprises from 286 national and regional sectoral industry bodies.

Toxic Link

Toxics Link is an environmental NGO which is dedicated to bringing toxics-related information to the public domain – both relating to struggles and problems at the grass-roots level and relating to global information on local levels. They work with other groups around the country, as well as internationally, to help bring the experience on the ground level to the fore, leading to a more meaningful articulation of issues. Toxics Link has unique expertise in the areas of hazardous, medical and municipal wastes, as well as in specific issues, such as the international waste trade, and the emerging issues of pesticides and POPs.

Since 1972, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has been the global authority that sets the environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the UN system, and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment. UNEP’s mission is to provide leadership and to encourage partnership in caring for the environment by inspiring, informing, and enabling nations and peoples to improve their quality of life without compromising that of future generations.

OECD

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organization that works to build better policies for better lives. Their goal is to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity, and well-being for all. They work with governments, policy makers and citizens to establish evidence-based international standards and to find solutions to various social, economic, and environmental challenges. They provide a unique forum and knowledge hub for data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best-practice sharing, and advice on public policies and international standard-setting.

European Commission

The European Commission is the EU's politically independent executive arm. It is alone responsible for drawing up proposals for new European legislation, and it implements the decisions of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU. The role of the EC is to promote the general interest of the EU by proposing and enforcing legislation as well as by implementing policies and the EU budget.
